Delivered cold, pizza crushed into its box and ruined. Refused to resolve, called us liars at it being cold and hung up the phone saying nothing could be done. Awful service after years of loyal custom. Will never return here now. Shame as we used to love the food and service but it's gone down the pan lately

Customer service is none existent. I phoned them up cause they missed the chips of my order but they were just saying I have to order again to get them. After them putting the phone down on me 4 times, I gave up. Won't be ordering from there again

We normally order earlier in the evening and the food has always been fantastic. Unfortunately tonight it was quite a bit later than the estimated delivery time and had clearly been sat for a while so wasn't as good as normal. Lesson learnt I suppose about when to order and when not.

I am very disappointed in my order tonight. I placed my online order at 18.25 and estimated delivery was 19.25, I called the shop over 40 times and been down to the shop to actually collect my order and it had just been sent out with the driver the time when I arrived at the shop was 21.15. I got back home before my delivery even got to the house. So I called the shop to ask where it was, I was then told that they would call the delivery driver to see where he is. I did not get a phone call to tell me where my food is, food was delivered at 21.30 and also cold. Not happy as I am a regular aswell.

Took 1 hr 45 minutes to arrive. Staff claimed the car broke down but have said this before multiple times. Food was nice but not very hot.

the pizza delivered had no pepperoni on I ordered a pepperoni pizza with an extra spicy beef on . no pepperoni whatsoever. the mixed kebab had dry inedible Donna meat on it very disappointed not every often goodies get it wrong but on this occasion the meals were not good.

Rubbish! . Half of my order was missing. I called the shop and they told me they would sort it out. 1.5hrs later food cold called shop again. Still no sight of rest of order being delivered. In the end i had to go to the shop to complain as still didn’t receive the rest of my order!

Chicken was very dry today and not edible. Inordee from here a lot and its normally nice food but today it wasn't, the wrap was burnt which is becoming a commen thing amd I had no mayo which I requested

Order food on the 14/04/2024 some of the food was missing half of the chips was missing when I rang them up got verbally abused over the they don't listen to what the customer says. So I left it them rang them back in 15/04/2024 and said I want a full refund for the items that was missing then they said the delivery man with the items of food that was missing sent them back with delivery man not happy with what is being done here taking it further.

Don’t deliver on time. Waited 1hr 45min after several phone calls which they promise 5 min and then put the phone down on weather your mid conversation or not. Very very poor service - Will not be using them again
